Community
OiC.OS is built as open research and open infrastructure. We are starting a community around compositional finance, monetary macro accounting, and runnable institutional models — not as a closed product launch, but as a place to meet, read, and build together. The OiCOS community and the OiC.OS engine are meant to be coordinated the same way institutions are modeled on the platform: polycentric stewardship, grounded in Related research (Ostrom, MES, Pavlović).
Who we are looking for
Category theorists and formal methods — sheaves, adjunctions, open games, Lawvere theories, proof assistants. You care whether the books close and whether the semantics composes.
Economists with an institutional eye — money as debt relations, distribution, stability, central banking, supply-chain finance, international monetary architecture. You read Walras and Hellwig and want something that learns instead of only equilibrates.
Practitioners and builders — CFOs, treasurers, ERP architects, supply-chain operators, developers who want an engine that reconciles by construction rather than every quarter.
You do not need all three profiles. One is enough to start a conversation.
How to get in touch
Write to contact@oicos.systems. Tell us which of the three angles is yours and what you would like to work on — reading group, model, deployment, or criticism.
Collaboration on code and research is by invitation only. Community membership is not gated on any particular tool: mail first, we take it from there.
What happens next
This is the community init. We will announce events (for example fair appearances and reading sessions) on Blog. The website carries the research monographs and the vision; the engine preview lives under OiC.OS.
